"Sue helped me remember who I am. It had been a long time since I felt good about my life, my job, or what I might represent. Life was also quite stressy and uninteresting, and I didn't seem to meet people I wanted to know. I didn't like that but floundered when it came to knowing what to do about it or how. I have made a lot of changes in my life in the, very tough year, since Sue has been my coach, and I couldn't have thought so clearly about them without those sessions, as hard as many of them were.
Sue helped me figure out what was important to me and to have the courage to follow my heart. She also helped me remember that even if it didn't work out it would be ok. Now I have an interesting job and am surrounded by people I like and am inspired by, and have a wonderful man in my life. Life just keeps getting better. Thanks Sue" DS, Project Manager, London
"Sue has an uncanny way of getting to the heart of my stuckness and helping me realize that I really don't want to live there. She knew just when to give me a kick in the pants to get me moving again. I would still be dawdling over my manuscript if it weren't for her encouragement and belief that I really could finish my book. Thanks, Sue. I'm eternally grateful for the push!" Robin A., Life Coach and Author
"Like most men, I thought I would get the most benefit from working with Sue at the beginning by focusing on 'practical' matters I wanted to solve - career considerations, getting better at managing money and being more successful at whatever it is I got excited about! While we got all of that covered I think the surprise was how Sue's perspective and ability to challenge helped me see the good stuff I was missing in practice - fun, happiness and balance- and how my decisions impacted others. Sue helped me act on the realisation that small changes would enrich my whole life - work, home and play - and how it is not one big trade off. Thank you!" David, London
"Sue’s coaching has helped me organize my life in a way I thought not possible. As a working Mum who travels a lot I felt I was always running around getting nothing finished 100%. She has shown me through communication, keeping hold of my values and having a clear goal which I can see every day, it is possible to give everything important in my life 100%. I am more organized, I spend most of my time doing the things that will make a difference and little time doing things which won’t. Coaching with Sue reminded me what was important in my life, this is a precious gift." LM, Director, London.
My name is Louis and I am 12 years old and in February I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME.I had a lot going on in my life, starting secondary school, being bullied, my sister had gone away to boarding school, (she is my best friend) and I was not happy. Sue is AMAZING!!!! She is a very positive person and she gave me a lot of confidence in growing up and helping me achieve my goals. When I was on my way to see Sue, sometimes I thought ‘I am too tired and I do not want to go’! Afterwards when I came out I was a much happier and positive. I definitely give Sue a 5 star rating for helpfulness and kindness. Thank you Sue. Louis x
I know Sue as a courageous, loving, challenging and intelligent coach. She has been there for me many times during our mutual certification program to support and acknowledge me in my essence. Great sense of humor as well!

"Sue is a naturally positive person with a great sense of humour. She has the ability to pull you out of your funk and get you moving forward in 45 minutes. If you're serious about moving forward with a goal, she would be an ideal person with whom to do so". HG, London
Having worked in a senior role in the City for many years, I found the transition to being at home with 2 young children and a husband working all hours difficult. Sue was recommended by a friend who's opinions I value very highly. I approached the first session with trepidation - unsure really what 'Coaching' involved. But after just one session I felt an enormous sense of relief that I had found someone who understood what made me tick and how I could steer myself back 'on course' . Whilst there is plenty more to address, I approach 2012 with the knowledge that I can see a road forward that will restore balance and happiness to my life and that of my family. Thank you Sue. ES, Mum, London
I took part in some initial coaching with Sue in 2009. I thought it might be interesting to explore questions such as "am I happy with my life?"; "are there areas of my life that make me unhappy?" Although I only had a few telephone sessions, I could tell that Sue would make her coaching fun and challenging! Even in that short time we were able to identify one significant area of improvement for me that I have focussed on since then. HD, Chelmsford.
Coaching with Sue was great! I would recommend it to anyone who feels stuck in a rut and in need of fresh perspective to get their life back on track. The sessions made me confront some thorny issues in my married and home life and also gave me handy techniques to use going forward. My husband had coaching too and our relationship definitely improved as a result...Sue helped put the sparkle back into our lives!! Claire, civil servant and mother of two, Wimbledon
"I found my sessions with Sue enormously helpful at a time when I was struggling to balance the competing demands of work and family life. Sue has the gift of being able to put you at ease whilst, at the same time, asking challenging questions. I would strongly recommend Sue to anyone who needs to take a step back from their busy lives and re-prioritise." Jenny, Lawyer, London
Sue makes me think that life is fun and interesting. I always feel lighthearted after a coaching session with her. She won’t let me get away with less than “everything is possible” if you put your heart to it. Sue’s energy and spark is contagious and it makes me get into action and enjoy life fully. Sue is an excellent and truly professional coach with a sparkling laughter. Emma, Sweden
